Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. [Confirm AK, HI, PR, APO/FPO availability with supplier.]

Processing & delivery time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped from our US warehouse. Delivery usually takes 3–8 business days after dispatch. Times are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping cost

Standard US shipping is free on all orders.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If it hasn't updated within 5 business days, contact us at [support@furgrab.com].

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or is marked delivered but not received, email us within 14 days of the delivery date with your order number and photos (if damaged) and we'll replace or refund it.
