30-day returns

If you're not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

How to start a return

Email [support@furgrab.com] with your order number. We'll reply with the US return address and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Conditions

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable where applicable.
